Tier10 co-founders Scott Rodgers and Scott Fletcher were among those named in Washington Life’s eighth annual “The Young and the Guest List” which is “a guide to Washington’s most influential 40-and-under young leaders.”

“Washington is one of the most influential cities in the world,” said Vice President of Client Services Scott Fletcher. “So, it’s definitely very flattering to be featured alongside so many interesting and accomplished individuals.”

The magazine’s annual guide to local, accomplished professionals features government officials, attorneys, environmental activists, journalists and entrepreneurs who live and work in the Washington, D.C. metro area. The 2013 list includes many well-recognized sports names, such as star rookies Robert Griffin III of the Washington Redskins and Bryce Harper of the Washington Nationals, while the political world was well represented with many politician and political journalist names listed. “The Young and the Guest List” also recognized other local entrepreneurial duos, including Pranav Vora and Philip Soriano of custom menswear retailer Hugh & Crye and film director Nicholas Cambata and photographer Douglas Sonders of 8112 Studios.

“We are honored to be on this list for all the great things we’ve accomplished with Tier10 in such a short amount of time,” said Chief Creative Officer Scott Rodgers. “There’s still a lot of work to do. Our industry is young again with a lot of new ideas, technology and people who are redefining what’s been done.”

After many years working alongside each other, Fletcher and Rodgers took a risk to start Tier10 in 2008 in the midst of a struggling economy. The company quickly evolved from just two employees to over 60 employees and has become one of the leading automotive advertising agencies in the country.

Tier10’s award-winning strategies and campaigns focus on the automotive vertical for some of the largest dealer groups and automotive associations in the nation. Additionally, Tier10 has helped many of its clients align their efforts to contribute to charitable organizations, including the Mariano Rivera Foundation and the Boston Children’s Hospital.
